Teaching for the 21st Century (T21) Program
At EdtechTeacher we strongly believe that successful technology integration in schools requires ongoing, sustained professional development. Our Teaching for the 21st Century program (T21) works with cohorts of educators at schools and districts over the course of a school year, combining face-to-face workshops, live webinars, online course work, and one-to-one coaching.
From Digital Storytelling and Multimedia Presentations to Collaboration and Publishing Student Work, our T21 Computer Program addresses web tools and apps to support students across platforms. The first half of the course gives participants hands-on experience with a variety of tools, while the second explores deeper pedagogical concepts associated with creating a 21st Century Classroom.Learn More
T21 iPad Program
iPads have exploded throughout schools and classrooms. Their flexibility, versatility, and mobility make them a phenomenal learning tool. In the iPad T21 program, we focus on specific learning goals that promote critical-thinking, creativity, collaboration, and the creation of student-centric learning environments. Much like with our Computer Program, we begin with hands-on exploration of specific apps and then transition to broader topics such as collaboration, workflow, assessment, and content curation.
Our core programs focus on either computer/laptop integration or iPad integration. However, we also create custom programs to address topics such as Nexus Tablets, BYOD, or Elementary grades.
