As the technical barriers to creating multimedia (video and audio) for both educators and students are increasingly lowered, both groups can reasonably and effectively create multimedia for either instructional purposes or to demonstrate understanding of classroom concepts. This summer workshop is designed for educators that are just beginning or developing comfort with the use of multimedia in the classroom. We will explore the basics of audio and video creation, editing basics and will then turn our attention to the process of sustainably creating instructional content and how we can have students create multimedia across devices. Workshop participants will develop a framework and process for creating content and designing student experiences / projects with multimedia.
How It Works:
- One-week courses will consist of 3 one-hour webinars on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (except the week of July 6th which is Tues., Wed., Thur.) and three asynchronous activities for $95

- Attendees will receive a certificate.
