Design Thinking is a powerful framework to foster creativity and creative problem solving and ultimately allows groups to engage with challenging problems in a meaningful way. In the light of school closings, educators are looking for ways to address the challenge of remote learning, and Design Thinking is a tested process and strategy that can be used to help identify new opportunities to redesign and improve both the educator and student experience. Furthermore, the process of Design Thinking can be used as a meaningful framework to support students as they explore and interact with new material, ideas and content in a remote learning environment. This one-week course is designed for educators that are looking to learn more about the process and framework of Design Thinking and how it can be leveraged at this critical moment when we have the opportunity to reconsider how to redesign the student experience.
How It Works:
- One-week courses will consist of 3 one-hour webinars (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 3 asynchronous activities for $95
- Two-week courses will consist of 6 one-hour webinars (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) and 6 asynchronous activities for $159
- Attendees will receive a certificate and a recording for each webinar.
