One Hour Introductory Webinar
Join EdTechTeacher Instructor, Greg Kulowiec, for a one hour long introduction to audio and podcasting in remote, online, hybrid or face to face learning environments. He will provide an introduction to the capacity of audio and podcasting in these types of learning spaces. We will specifically explore how audio and podcasting have the potential to create unique learning experiences that foster independence, understanding, student agency and confidence. Further we will explore how audio and podcasting can be used across curriculum areas for both teacher created content, and student created audio.

Who Should Attend?
The workshop is designed for classroom teachers, tech integration specialists, instructional coaches, tech directors, or any educator interested in learning more about the thoughtful integration of audio and Podcasting in their school or district to support online, remote, hybrid or face to face learning experiences.
Is Background Experience Required?
No! Anyone can join us for the day. Whether you are completely new to audio and podcasting or you are currently integrating these technologies into your district school or classroom, you are welcome & encouraged to attend.
What technologies will we use?
We will use a combination of free web tools to capture, edit, collaborate and publish audio & podcasts.
We will also reference device specific tools and applications that are not required to participate in the creation process.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants will develop an increased comfort level with both the consumption and creation of Augmented and Virtual Reality experiences for the classroom.
