1. What is included in the Individual Plan?
The Individual Plan gives you full access to all courses, live webinars, resource packages, and the community discussion forum. Engage with the content and live events as much as your schedule allows.
2. How does the yearly membership work?
The yearly membership costs $200, providing you with 12 months of access—saving you $40 compared to paying monthly.
3. Can I switch between the monthly and yearly plans?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to yearly at any time. Please contact membership@edtechteacher.org to assist with the change.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
For the monthly and yearly Individual Plan, we accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets. For the yearly membership, you can also pay via check or purchase order (PO).
5. Is there a discount for signing up for the yearly membership?
Yes, the yearly membership offers a $40 savings compared to paying for 12 months individually at $20/month.
6. How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, simply email our support team at membership@edtechteacher.org with your request. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
7. Will I get a refund if I cancel my membership early?
We do not offer refunds for early cancellations. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
8. How long does it take to process a cancellation?
Cancellations are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your email request. You will receive confirmation once your cancellation is complete.
9. Can I reactivate my membership after cancellation?
Yes, you can reactivate your membership at any time. Simply sign up again through the website or contact our support team for assistance.
10. Do you offer refunds for unused time after cancellation?
No, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your membership after cancellation. Your membership remains active until the end of your billing period.
