Liz has 20 years of experience in education from K-12 to higher education to executive education: teaching, instructional design, program development, leadership training, educational technology, and innovation consulting. She began her career as a middle and high school English teacher (15 years!) and quickly added academic technologist to her role, where she began spearheading 1:1 programs in schools.
As Founder and Owner of EPIC Education, Liz empowers programs for innovation and change (EPIC!) by designing leadership and pedagogical training programs for universities, organizations, and K-12 districts. You can see her work with EPIC here and a list of her speaking engagements and publications: lizpaushter.com
In addition to leading EPIC Education initiatives, Liz is currently the Director of Education Innovation and Learning at Bentley University, directing the innovation center on campus.
